CONSTITUTION: A sheet cutting apparatus comprises a base(10), a cutter(30), a vertically moving unit(50), a horizontally moving unit(60), a rotating unit(70), a vision camera unit(80), and a control unit. A pad(20) is detachably installed on the top of the base. The cutter cuts a sheet(1) supplied to the pad. The vertically moving unit vertically moves the cutter, and the horizontal moving unit horizontally moves the cutter to perform cutting. The rotating unit rotates the vertically moving unit. The vision camera unit senses the position and shape of the sheet. The control unit controls the vertically and horizontally moving units and the rotating unit by receiving the sensed position and shape information from the vision camera unit.

The guide guides the entry of a caulking strip. The discharge port is vertically opened. The cutter applies shearing force to the caulking strip by the falling of the lift slider.
