    • PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a high pressure vessel with a flow-forming process is provided to equalize the thickness of a pipe and to additionally increase the length of the pipe with a reduced portion of the thickness, thereby reducing the cost for a raw material by minimizing unnecessary loss of the material. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a high pressure vessel with a flow-forming process includes: a step(S1) of flow-forming a seamless pipe which is a raw material; a step(S2) of cutting the pipe for manufacturing the high pressure vessel; a step(S4) of heating one end of the pipe, and then sealing the one end of the pipe for forming a bottom surface; a step(S6) of heating the other end of the pipe, and then sealing the other end of the pipe for forming a neck; a step(S7) of heat-treating the pipe in which the bottom surface and the neck are formed; a step of forming an inlet in the neck of the heat-treated pipe; a step(S9) of short-blasting the inner side of the pipe in which the inlet is formed; a step of short-blasting the outer side of the pipe in which the inlet is formed. The method for manufacturing the high pressure vessel further includes at least one of the following: a step(S8) of inspecting the hardness of the outer side of the heat-treated pipe; a step(S10) of implementing ultrasonography with a probe in contact with the outer side of the heat-treated pipe; a step of injecting water inside the pipe through the inlet in order to increase pressure inside the pipe and to expand the pipe, and then inspecting the contraction rate of the pipe after removing pressure; and a step(S13) of injecting air inside the pipe through the inlet, and then inspecting whether or not air is leaking.     • PURPOSE: A shot forming apparatus and method of a valve plate for a compressor are provided to quickly form shot portions on both sides of a valve plate when transferring the valve plate from a mounting step to a plate washing step. CONSTITUTION: A shot forming method of a valve plate for a compressor is as follows. A valve plate having a plurality of refrigerant flow holes(110) is placed on the top of a bottom jig of a worktable. The valve plate is fixed with a top jig to the worktable. Beads are injected around the refrigerant holes so that shot portions(130) of finely uneven shape are formed on the surface of the valve plate. The beads are removed from the valve plate. The washed valve plate is separated from the worktable. The worktable, from which the valve plate is separated, is washed with a brush.

    • PURPOSE: A surface hardening method of a transmission gear is provided to increasing fatigue strength of the transmission gear by hardening surface of the gear using water jet pinning process. CONSTITUTION: A surface of a transmission gear is hardened by projecting pressurized water ranging 100 to 250MPa to the surface through an orifice using a water pinning device. In the water pinning device, a hydraulic system(100) is operated by a control unit(20) so as to spray pressurized water toward teeth of the gear through a spray nozzle(14). The spray nozzle is controlled to accurately spray the pressurized water from the hydraulic system to the teeth of the gear while being moved by a carrier(16). The sprayed water is gathered by water tank(10) and then filtered by a filter(32), thereby being turned to a storing tank(18).
