    • PURPOSE: A power ultrasonic transducer is provided to achieve an operation in synchronism and to facilitate ultrasonic cleaning and chemical reaction. CONSTITUTION: A power ultrasonic transducer comprises an ultrasonic generator(3) consisting of two pairs of piezoelectric ceramic elements(4) and a counter mass(5), a body(2) receiving the ultrasonic generator(3), transmitting rods(6) at both sides of the ultrasonic generator(3), an electric wire for power supply(8) passing through the piezoelectric ceramic elements(4), counter mass(5) and transmitting rods(6), and a threaded stud(7) fixing the electric wire(8) at the outside of the body(2). The body(2) is hollow and has a length which is equal to a multiple of a half wavelength. The transmitting rods(6) are at both sides of the ultrasonic generator(3). Each transmitting rod(7) has a length which is equal to a multiple of a half wavelength.

    • 본발명은자기력을이용한초음파변환자제조기술에관한것으로, 더욱상세하게는기존의초음파변환자적층구조를형성하기위해이용되는에폭시등의다양한접착제를대체하기위해초음파변환자를구성하는각 소자별로자성증착층을생성한다. 생성되는자성증착층은설계한초음파변환자구조및 각소자별 두께에따라충분한자기장의범위내에포함되기위해각 소자일면및 양면에생성할수 있으며, 자성증착층의두께를조절하여자기장의범위와결합강도를조절하여초음파변환자의적층구조를형성할수 있다. 완성된초음파변환자의적층구조는음향렌즈를이용하여적층구조를고정하며, 음향렌즈의두께를정합층상부부터흡음층일부를포함하도록제조하여음향렌즈물질의강한응력을이용해적층구조를고정시키는것이가능하다. 본발명에서제시하는자기력을이용한초음파변환자제조기술을바탕으로제조과정에서각 소자별 탈착또는부착과물질교환이수시로가능하며, 기존의에폭시등을이용한적층구조접합시 발생하는소자들의파손과이물질투입및 공기층의형성을미연에방지할수 있어초음파변환자제조과정에서발생되는시간과비용을절감및 초음파변환자의성능을향상시킬수 있다.

    • PURPOSE: A sound wave delivery apparatus using an ultra-sonic wave is provided to transmit sound by radiating an object such as an ear and a glass substrate. CONSTITUTION: A speaker and an ultrasonic generator are surrounded by an ultrasonic wave. The ultrasonic wave of condensation and rarefaction which are generated in air is modulated by the sound wave of condensation and rarefaction.
