    • PURPOSE: Disclosed is information on not only body fat but also body fat distribution very simply with a low cost without adverse effects on human body by obtaining abdominal organ fat area or quantity from bioelectric impedance and abdominal subcutaneous fat thickness measured based on a personal parameter. CONSTITUTION: A measuring person of body fat distribution switches on the power switch of a weight scale(10) with a body fatmeter, and inputs a personal parameter using a data input switch in the input part(14). Then, He/She measures the abdominal subcutaneous fat thickness using an ultrasonic probe(30). A signal processing unit(50) generates an output digital signal by processing n second signals. The shift signal generating unit generates n shift signals for setting each difference between adjacent shift signals to be different from the natural number multiples of the minimum resolution of the analog-to-digital converting unit.
