    • The present invention relates to a flow control valve and a high-pressure fuel pump using the same for a direct injection type gasoline engine. The configuration of the present invention is composed of a housing unit of which one side is formed into an open cylindrical shape; a solenoid installed inside the housing unit; a needle opening and closing a check valve of an inlet side by being taken in and out by the operation of the solenoid; a needle stopper which is joined to the front end of the housing unit and which controls the rearward movement of the needle; and a spring which is installed inside the needle stopper and which provides a recovery force for the needle (44). The present invention can minimizes noise and vibration generated in the operation of an actuator formed inside the flow control valve by utilizing the flow control valve and the high-pressure fuel pump using the same for a direct injection type gasoline engine.
