    • A blocking structure for floor impact sound is provided to prevent energy of floor impact sound from being transmitted to a wall by installing a soft member and a rigid member alternately between the wall and a floor. A blocking structure for floor impact sound comprises a floor unit(30) and a wall unit(40). The floor unit includes a rigid member(32) and a soft member(34) to minimize impact energy transmitted via a slab(1). The rigid member and the soft member are accumulated alternately. The rigid member, the soft member, an air concrete layer(16), and a mortar layer(18) are laminated on the slab. The rigid member and the soft member have different rigidity and density. The larger rigidity and density gets the greater impedance becomes.

The method for manufacturing polyolefine foam laminating structure having improved abrasion resistance by laminating a coating layer on polyolefine foam comprises: (S1) applying liquid materials of polyurethane or thermal plastic polyurethane on one side of releasing paper; (S2) drying the releasing paper at 80~130°C to solidify the applied liquid materials; (S3) applying liquid adhesive on the outside of the solidified materials and drying it at 80~130°C to gelate; (S4) sticking a plate shape of polyolefine foam to the outside of adhesive; and (S5) aging the polyolefine adhered product.

The floor impact sound insulation structure contains: a floor slab layer(100) composed of reinforcing bars; a horizontal shock absorbing layer(200) composed of a sound insulating material layer(210) made with polyethylene or ethylene vinyl acetate and a sound absorbing material layer(220) made with non-woven fabrics, and installed on the floor slab layer and a wall(110) to cut off floor impact sound and to prevent the transfer of floor impact sound to the wall; a thermal laminated polyolefin foam layer(230) installed to the center of the horizontal shock absorbing layer and divided into a lattice structure to guide diffraction and interference of impact sound and to improve sound insulating effect; a vertical shock absorbing layer(250) composed of a sound insulating material layer(210') made with polyethylene foam and a sound absorbing material layer(220') made with non-woven fabrics; an empty space layer(240) surrounded with the top of the floor slab layer, the side of the horizontal shock absorbing layer, the bottom of the vertical shock absorbing layer and the wall to reduce various impact sound generated between the upper and lower floors; a thermal insulating layer(300) made of autoclaved lightweight concrete and placed on the horizontal shock absorbing layer to increase thermal insulating effect; and a finishing layer(400) made of mortar and arranged with heating pipes inward.

    • PURPOSE: Provided are an uncrosslinked foaming polyester-based thermoplastic elastomer composition and an uncrosslinked foaming polyester-based thermoplastic elastomer foam obtained from the composition which has a cell of fine average size and uniform distribution, is excellent in impact resistance, sealing property and vibration isolation and can be recycled. CONSTITUTION: The uncrosslinked foaming polyester-based thermoplastic elastomer composition comprises 60-100 parts by weight of an uncrosslinked foaming polyester-based thermoplastic elastomer; 1-10 parts by weight of a foaming agent; and 1-10 parts by weight of a viscosity controller. Preferably the composition comprises further at least one thermoplastic resin selected from the group consisting of ethylene-vinyl acetate, low density polyethylene, linear low density polyethylene, polypropylene, metallocene polyethylene, poly(vinyl alcohol), polystyrene, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer, poly(ethylene terephthalate) and poly(butylene terephthalate), in an amount of 5-40 parts by weight.
