    • PURPOSE: Wrinkle resistivity improved security paper and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to bridge-bond fibers and resins by dipping wet paper in a creasing prevention aqueous solution or to form strong cross-linked bond between fibers of paper with compounds by heat, light or electrical effect etc. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for wrinkle resistivity improved security paper comprises following steps. A paper stock is manufactured by using natural fibers (S10). A stencil paper is manufactured by adding the predetermined amount of monomer solution having a double bond into the paper stock in order to bridge-react to the cellulose molecules of natural fibers and press-drying the same (S10). The stencil paper is dipped in a creasing prevention surface process aqueous solution (S30). Thermal, infrared rays or electromagnetic waves are treated so that cross-link bond between the cellulose molecules of the stencil paper and the creasing prevention surface process aqueous solution is formed and hardened (S40).     • PURPOSE: Provided is a process of preparing paper which allows low damage of cotton fibers during paper making, is improved in the folding endurance in the cross direction, has excellent dimension stability in high pressure printing and is improved in printability. Whereby, the product is effectively used in paper requiring high precision printing. CONSTITUTION: A cotton yarn is beaten until a beating degree becomes 18 to 20 degree SR and then refined until a beating degree becomes 40 to 60 degree SR to produce pulp having a fine fiber content of 40% or less, which is added with 5 to 10 parts by weight of an organic/inorganic filler and 0.3 to 0.5 parts by weight of a wet strength agent, based on 100 parts by weight of pulp to produce base paper, which is soaked in a mixed solution of 2 to 5% by weight of polyvinyl alcohol, 0.1 to 1.0% by weight of a wet strength agent, 1.0 to 5.0% by weight of urea and 0 to 10% by weight of glycerin and then passed through a compression roll. Thereafter, the treated paper is soaked in a mixed solution of 2 to 5% by weight of borax and 2 to 5% by weight of glycerin, passed through a compression roll and dried.

    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of wet strength paper is characterized by adding cationic inorganic polymer and a congealing agent to paper materials, neutralizing negative charge of the paper materials and adding a wet paper strength agent. CONSTITUTION: The wet strength paper is obtained by the steps of: preparing the water soluble paper materials containing 3-4wt.% of solids; adding 0.01-0.1% of multivalent cationic inorganic polymer having 13-18 of aluminium as nuclear per unit crystal or 0.01-0.1wt.% of the cationic congealing agent having 2.5-5meq/g of charge density and 100000-450000 of molecular weight, followed by reacting the materials; adding 0.1-1.5wt.% of the wet strength agent to a reactant, followed by diluting the materials to make the materials having 0.1-0.3wt.% of solids; and then dewatering and drying the diluted material.
