The wiring tray includes a bottom part, a finishing wall, and a plurality of wiring parts. The plurality of supporting rods are formed to be spaced apart from the wiring tray at a predetermined interval in a longitudinal direction. The coupling unit fixes the wiring tray to the ceiling. The link supports the wiring tray.

A rotatory motor(500) is fixed to an upper surface of the supporting frame. The controller(600) controls the rotary motor by using the temperature measured by the temperature sensor. A rotatory shaft(700) is rotated in the same rotatory direction as the rotatory direction of the rotary motor. A plurality of first saw teeth are formed along an outer circumference of the rotatory shaft.
