    • A method of curing weld defects of ni-based superalloy components for a gas turbine is provided to cure a coagulation crack or a liquefaction crack by processing ni-based superalloy components at high temperature and pressure with an HIP device. After overlay-welding a damaged part of ni-based superalloy components regenerated in a gas turbine driving at high temperature in a traditional way such as a TIG(Tungsten Inert Gas) welding, a plasma welding or a razor welding, a method of curing weld defects of Ni-based superalloy components for a gas turbine processes the component under the condition of high temperature 1000‹C~1250‹C, and high pressure 1000 atm ~ 1500 atm by using an HIP(Hot Isostatic Press) device.
