    • A single hot isostatic pressing-heat treating process of Ni-based superalloy components for gas turbines, which effectively removes fine defects of the components and optimizes material properties of the components simultaneously at high temperature and high pressure, a single hot isostatic pressing-heat treating process having improved properties as compared with an existing simple heat treatment process in the manufacturing process of an alloy material, and components for gas turbines of which fine defects are removed and properties are optimized by the single hot isostatic pressing-heat treating process are provided. In manufacture of Ni-based superalloy components for gas turbines, a method of manufacturing Ni-based superalloy components for gas turbines by a single hot isostatic pressing-heat treating process is characterized in that a hot isostatic pressing process and a heat treating process are simultaneously performed en bloc on a Ni-based superalloy under high temperature and pressure conditions by using a hot isostatic press. The high temperature condition is applied to each step of the hot isostatic pressing process and the heat treating process simultaneously performed en bloc on the Ni-based superalloy. The high temperature condition is maintained at 1210 to 1250 deg.C for 1 to 3 hours in the first step, and the high temperature condition is maintained at 1000 to 1200 deg.C for 1 to 3 hours in the second step. The high pressure condition is 1000 to 1500 atmospheric pressures.
