    • PURPOSE: A container for pure culture of carbon dioxide fixation and an electrochemical plate reactor are provided to study genetic modification and to identify physiological characteristics and physiochemical metabolism. CONSTITUTION: A container for pure culture of carbon dioxide fixation comprises: an cathode reaction bath(100), a separation film(200), and anode reaction bath(300). The cathode reaction bath is formed at the lower portion of the container(110) formed in circle and has a cathode plate(120) for moving electrodes and a medium(130) for culturing bacteria. The separation film is formed at the center of the cathode plate. The cathode reaction bath is formed at the upper portion of the separation film and stores a solution. The cathode plate is formed of iridium, zirconium, platinum, gold, silver, and carbon. The cathode plate further comprises a cathode tareminal(121).
