    • A method and an apparatus for bending and forming a flange hub are disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for bending and forming the flange hub is to bend the edge part of the flange hub used for a steering apparatus of a vehicle and comprises the steps of: (a) preparing the flange hub which includes a plurality of bending pieces separated from each other at the edge part along a circumferential direction; (b) bending a first bending piece among the plurality of bending pieces in a first direction; and (c) bending a second bending piece placed between each first piece in a second direction opposite to the first direction after the bending work at the (b) step. According to the invention, the invention is capable of improving workability of the bending work by preventing cracks in a specific part when bending the flange hub.     • A system and a method for providing a design of a personal mobility vehicle are disclosed. The system of the present invention comprises: multiple user terminals running a design application to generate design data of products and parts of the personal mobility vehicle which is designed by a user; an evaluation server receiving the design data from the multiple user terminals, storing the design data, providing a screen for evaluating the design data to screens of the multiple user terminals, and stores evaluation values; a verification server verifying reliability of the design data if receiving the design data from the evaluation server and transmitting a verification result to the evaluation server; and at least one business terminal receiving at least one evaluation result corresponding to the design data and transmitting a verification request and a purchase request for the design data to the evaluation server.

    • PURPOSE: A forming apparatus using continuous shear deformation and a forming method thereof are provided to increase the strength of a metal material and to reduce forming load by continuously transferring shear force to the front side of the metal material arranged in a mold. CONSTITUTION: A forming apparatus using continuous shear deformation comprises a container (10), a ram (30), a rotary die (20), and a fixed die. A metal material (50) arranged inside the container. The ram compresses the rear side of the metal material. The rotary die has a processing hole to which the compressed metal material is extruded. The rotary die is rotated by contacting to the front side of the metal material. The fixed die has a processing hole to which the compressed metal material is extruded. The ram has an anti-rotation part which is inserted in the rear side of the metal material to prevent the rotation of the metal material.
