    • PURPOSE: An intelligent broadcasting network system is provided to control a transmission apparatus and a repeater based on an analysis result by controlling a reception network according to a broadcasting receiving state. CONSTITUTION: A transmission network(120) collects transmission state information related to one or more transmission apparatuses and one or more repeaters. The transmission apparatus and the repeater provide a broadcasting signal. The transmission network includes one or more repeaters and one or more transmission apparatuses. A power line communication transmission network(130) transmits the transmission state information and the reception state information using a power line. An intelligent broadcasting network management apparatus(140) analyzes transmission state information and the reception state information. The intelligent broadcasting network management apparatus controls the transmission network and the reception network based on the analysis result.

    • PURPOSE: An encoding apparatus of a T-DMB system and encoding method thereof are provided to improve an decoding performance by enabling a user to selectively decode signaling information. CONSTITUTION: A first convolution encoder(103) encodes the output of a first energy dispersal scrambler(101). A conditional access scrambler(107) performs the scrambling of the output of the first interleaving unit in order to provide the output of the first interleaving unit to a receiver who has a broadcasting reception right. A MSM(Main Service Multiplexer)(115) multiplexes the output of a second interleaving unit. A broadcasting signal creation module(120) creates an OFDM(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) signal for a digital broadcasting transmission.
