    • The present invention provides a reinforcement member for preventing punching shear stress, capable of enabling a range to which shear stress is applied to be widely extended by being formed in a plate shape and including a taper embedded into a slab on a head of a column. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the reinforcement member has an upper disk having a predetermined thickness; a cone-shaped skirt unit having cross-section having the circumference on a plane of the upper disk at a predetermined angle while rising from the upper side to the lower side by being extended downwards; filler injection holes penetrated through the circumference of the cone-shaped skirt unit at constant intervals; and a circular flange having a fixed width horizontally bent to be parallel to the upper disk in the cone-shaped skirt unit.
