    • A street lamp is provided to reduce energy consumption by increasing a light emitting efficiency of the street lamp by converting reactive intensity of the lamp to effective intensity. A street lamp includes a support pole and a head unit which includes a lamp for illuminating light. The head unit includes a case(21), a reflective unit(30), and a canopy cover(40). The case includes a coupling unit, a socket, and an aperture. The coupling unit is coupled with the support pole. The socket is coupled with the lamp. The reflective unit is installed on an inner surface of the case and reflects the light from the lamp to a lower direction. The reflective unit includes a first reflector, a second reflector, and a reflection bump. The first reflector includes plural first reflective surfaces, which are oriented toward a center of the lamp. The second reflector includes a slanted second reflective surface which reflects the light from the lamp to the aperture. The canopy cover is made of a transparent material and coupled with the case. The canopy cover blocks the aperture.

The film for making the transcription paper is made of PP(Poly Propylene) film, OPP(Oriented Poly Propylene) film, PVC(Polyvinyl Chloride) film(13) and so on. Various design patterns are formed by the design of the embossing roller. The film surface projected and contacted to the embossing roller is sanded by winding the sandpaper on the fixed roller of the belt sandpaper.
