The lining apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a moving unit which is installed inside a doubling acting cylinder and moves horizontally; a lifting unit which operates multiple lifting links, which are installed on the top and bottom of the double action cylinder and moving member, up and down by the movement of a moving member; a driving unit which operates wheels installed at the ends of the lifting links; a rotating shaft which rotates inside the double acting cylinder; a paint spraying unit which evenly coats a wall of a pipeline with a mixture of a resin and a hardener using a spray gun while a relationship between the center of the spray gun coupled to the front of the rotating shaft and the center of a pipeline are maintained.
