The upper mirror plate comprises multistage shapes (121a, 121b, 121c) in order to raise a height from a central part which is the nearest distance with a flame boiled out from a firebox (111) to an outer part which is the most far distance with the flame. The lower mirror plate includes a same pattern with the upper mirror plate. The lower mirror plate comprises the multistage shapes in order to raise a height from a central part to an outer part. The opened top end part of the multiple fire tubes connected to the firebox. The opened low end of the multiple fire tubes is connected to a combustion gas emission part (140).

    • PURPOSE: A pellet boiler with improved hot water heat exchange rate is provided to improve hot water heat exchange efficiency of a heat exchanger because vertical temperature deviation is reduced by circulating heating water flowing in a heating water pipe. CONSTITUTION: A pellet boiler(100) with improved hot water heat exchange rate comprises a combustion chamber(120), a heating water supply pipe(130), a heat exchange unit(140), a heating water circulating pipe(160), and a circulating pump(170). The combustion chamber combusts pellet fuel. The heating water supply pipe is connected to the combustion chamber and moves heating water heated by the heat generating in the combustion chamber. The heat exchange unit is coupled to the outer circumference of the heating water circulating pipe and accommodates hot water. The heat exchange unit increases the temperature of the hot water by heat-exchanging with the heating water. The heating water circulating pipe connects the upper and lower parts of the heating water supply pipe to vertically circulate the heating water. The circulating pump is arranged in one area of the heating water circulating pipe to forcibly circulate the heating water.

A controller for a boiler performing non-polar communication comprises a noise removing unit(138) which removes noise in a control signal. A rectifying unit(137) exclusively extracts a regulator communication signal from the control signal transmitted from the noise removing unit. A communication control unit(130) converts the signal from the rectifying unit into a digital signal. A switching unit(132) transmits the signal from the communication control unit to a device control unit(120). The device control unit operates components of a boiler based on a signal from the switching unit, and generates a communication signal according to the operation state of the boiler.

    • A brown coal boiler is provided to prevent dust and impurities from splashing in a burning process by gathering dust and impurities in a dust collecting unit. A brown coal boiler comprises a casing unit(10) having a heat exchanger(12) formed at an upper unit in a case of the boiler, an upper cover(14) installed at an upper unit of a first through-hole formed at an upper unit of a heat exchanger, and a front cover mounted at a second through-hole formed at the front surface of the boiler; a grate unit having a grate spaced apart from the lower unit of the heat exchanger, and an operation unit connected with the grate to horizontally reciprocate the grate; an ash tray sitting at the lower unit of the grate, and receiving brown coal ashes fallen from the grate; an air supply unit feeding air from the lower unit of the grate to the upper unit to burn the brown coal; a brown coal transmission unit(40) mounted at the back of the casing unit to, and provided with a storing unit(42) storing the brown coal to be burn in the grate whereby the brown coal transmission unit supplies the brown coal in the storing unit with the grate; and a dust collecting unit(50) separating impurities of the brown coal in combustion gas with the centrifugal force when combustion gas of the brown coal burned in the grate moves along a connecting port(10a) formed at one side of the upper unit of the heat exchanger.
