    • PURPOSE: A sleeve for fixing a reinforcing bar using a coupling nut and a pressure force blocking tool is provided to prevent the generation of a repulsive force applied between the sleeve and a steel frame when fixing the reinforcing bar on the steel frame, and to prevent the deformation of the sleeve due to stress in welding. CONSTITUTION: A sleeve(100) for fixing a reinforcing bar includes a coupling nut(110) and a pressure force blocking tool. The coupling nut is welded on a steel frame on which the reinforcing bar is fixed. The pressure force blocking tool blocks the pressure force applied to the steel frame when the reinforcing bar is inserted into the coupling nut. The pressure force blocking tool comprises a sealing tube(120) on one of both end portions of the coupling nut, which is welded on the steel frame, or a distance nut.

    • PURPOSE: A floor portion connecting method of a precast concrete column using head steel bars is provided to improve the construction processes effectively and economically through head steel bars. CONSTITUTION: A floor portion connecting method of a precast concrete column using head steel bars is composed as follows. Some portion of a main bar is exposed to cope with the length of the joint of the mid-portion between floors and the other portion is cut. The main bars exposed on an upper column and a lower column are arranged not to be overlapped(S10). The upper column and the lower column are arranged in a joining portion and attached to the end portion of a column(S20). The exposed main bar is fastened through a shear reinforcement bar(S30). Forms are installed in the joining portion(S40). Concrete is poured and cured in the joining portion enclosed by the forms(S50). The forms are removed after the curing is complete.
