CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for removing water on the surface of plating strip comprises an operation part(10) comprising a plural pulleys that are installed on a central rotation shaft(13) of an operation motor installed on a base, and a resistor(15) that is installed inside a case to generate heat by electric current supplied; an absorption part(40) in which a body of revolution is rotationally connected to the central rotation shaft(13), and an absorption means is installed at the body of revolution to absorb water on the surface of the plating strip (S); a cleaning part(50) in which a brush roll(53) rotationally connected to one of the plural pulleys by belt traverses a cleaning tank(51), and the absorption means is cleaned by a cleaning means installed in rear of the brush roll(53) using a cleaning solution; and a dry part(70) for drying the cleaned cleaning means using first dry unit(71) using air that is installed at the lower part of the body of revolution, dry cotton cloth(74) that is installed on the inner surface of the case to receive heat generated from the resistor, and a dry brush roll(77) that is connected and fixed to the case to receive heat generated from the resistor.

CONSTITUTION: The method for preparing aqueous lubricating resin comprises the first step of preparing thermo-hardening epoxy-ester graft acrylate resin; the second step of neutralizing the resin by adding the counteragent made of dimethyl methanol amine, triethylamine and ammonia water and diluting it to obtain the resin solution having solid content of 35-40 wt.%; the third step of adding to the obtained resin with the urethane resin in the solid content ratio by weight parts of 100 : 10-150 and diluting it with water to obtain the blending resin solution having solid content of 10-35 wt.%; the fourth step of adding to the obtain blending resin with 5-25 parts by weight of wax material, 10-70 parts by weight of silica and 4-20 parts by weight of hardening agent (in solid content); and the fifth step of adding to the resulting resin with 0.05-2% in solid content of the silane coupling agent based on total solid content of the resin solution.

    • PURPOSE: Provided are a resin solution for resin coated steel sheets for the bake hardening with low baking temperature and a manufacture method of resin coated steel sheets for the bake hardening having good chemical resistance property and electrodeposition coating property using the resin solution. CONSTITUTION: The resin solution comprises an urethane resin(formula I) in which one or more selected from the group consisting of acryl, ether, ester and carbonate-diol are employed as main chain, and urethane bondage is formed at both terminals of the main chain; 5-20 phr of methylated melamine formaldehyde, based on the urethane resin; and 0.5-4 phr of a hardening accelerator selected from alkyl acid phosphates and phenyl acid phosphates, based on the urethane resin. Optionally, colloidal silica with a hydrogen-ion concentration of pH 8 to pH 10.5 is added in an amount of 10 to 20 phr, based on the urethane resin. The manufacture method of resin coated steel sheets for the bake hardening of the present invention comprises the steps of applying above resin solution on the surface of chromate-treated electrogalvanized steel sheet in a thickness of 0.7 to 2.0μm; and baking the chromate-treated electrogalvanized steel sheet in the temperature range of 110 to 170°C.

CONSTITUTION: The method for controlling an adhesion amount of resin and chromate on a steel sheet by roll coating comprises the steps of storing data per each conditions of circumferential velocity ratios of each rolls, pressures between the rolls, speed and size of a steel sheet and adhesion amount that are obtained in the normal operation for a certain period of time; setting control factors for an upper coater and a lower coater; obtaining combinations of adjusted correlation coefficients and major control factors obtained from the set control factors by total regression and stepwise regression, and determining combinations of optimum control factors most influencing on the adhesion amount from the combinations based on the adjusted correlation coefficients; significance verifying data corresponding to the optimum control factors, and adjusting the adjusted correlation coefficients to 0.6 or more; forecasting coefficients for the optimum control factors using data obtained through the significance verification; deriving a linear relational control equation based on the obtained coefficients and optimum control factors; and determining a target adhesion amount of the steel sheet to be covered, substituting a material thickness of the steel sheet and information on width and line speed of the steel sheet for the linear relational control equation, and operating the roll coating according to the circumferential velocity ratios of each rolls and pressures between the rolls that are obtained by the linear relational control equation.
