    • PURPOSE: Provided is a refining furnace slag recycling method being capable of natural friendly treating the slag at low cost in small area by excluding water treatment and dry processes. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of cooling slag lump for a predetermined time at room temperature; crushing the cooled slag; first sorting out crushed slag fragments having a size less than 200 mm; transferring the sorted out slag fragments to a rotary cooler while supplying cooling air of room temperature to the rotary cooler, thereby cooling hot slag to a low temperature; second sorting out slag fragments with a size no greater than 10 mm out of the slag fragments output from the rotary cooler using a screen and transferring the second sorted out slag fragments to a separating hopper; and sending slag fragments with a size no greater than 0.25 mm to a fertilizer plant.

      본 발명에 따르면, 전기로의 제강공정중 비산되는 지금이 콜드 스파우트와 같이 아크복사열이 직접적으로 닿는 부위를 제외한 부분에 집중적으로 부착 누적되는 것을 방지하게 된다.

The capacity of the furnace is increased by removing metal from the wall of the furnace, and the productivity is improved by reducing working hours.

    • PURPOSE: A filler punch of a ladle is provided to prevent a generation of an oxidized inclusion by isolating a contact between a melted steel with air. CONSTITUTION: In transferring a ladle(110) on a tundish(140), a long nozzle is fixed in a collect nozzle(112) with a jig(180). Vertical positions of the collect nozzle(112) and a top nozzle(111) are conformed by sliding a lower plate of a cassette(110). A branch pipe(10) is fixed in an electronic opening/closing device and raised up to a hardened filler(130). In raising the branch pipe(10), the branch pipe(10) lifts the filler(130) by guiding inside the long nozzle, the collect nozzle(112) and the top nozzle(111). Melted steel is flowed into the branch pipe(10) by depressing the filler(130). The top nozzle(111) is changed into red by flowing the melted steel from the ladle(100). A worker releases a fixing pin of the electronic opening/closing device from a branch pipe hook by discriminating the color change of the top nozzle(111). The branch pipe(10) is fallen into the tundish(140). A melted steel discharge port is formed inside a weight(12) to prevent a hardening of the melted steel inside the branch pipe(10) and to easily fall the branch pipe(10). The fallen branch pipe(10) remains in a slag layer by oxidizing after hardening inside the tundish(140).
