    • PURPOSE: A device for extruding tube of thermoplastic resin is provided to mold non-elongated tube having low viscosity into a tubular shape having constant thickness and external diameter. CONSTITUTION: A device for extruding tube of thermoplastic resin is equipped with an air control unit and the air control unit is equipped with a molding dice, an air generator, a reservoir tank, and a by-pass valve. A molding dice(20) extrudes the resin with melt through the passages(23) between inlet die(21) and outlet die(22). The reservoir tank stores air induced from the air generator by decompressing. The by-pass valve bypasses air when the amount of air is excessive while supplying air induced from the reservoir tank to the inlet die constantly. Therefore thickness and external diameter of the non-elongated tube delivered by force through the forming dice is constantly maintained.

    • PURPOSE: An elongation apparatus of a thermoplastic shrinkable tube is provided to elongate the thermoplastic shrinkable tube vertically and horizontally in a desired shrinkage. CONSTITUTION: An elongation apparatus of a thermoplastic shrinkable tube comprises a preheating unit(10), a first transferring roller(20), a sizing unit(30) and a second transferring roller(40). A tube(50) cooled in a solid state is passed a hot water of a certain temperature and preheated by the hot water. The preheated tube is pressed and transferred by the first transferring roller(20). The tube extruded from the first transferring roller is passed into a passage having a certain diameter, is contacted instantaneously with a heating medium and at the same time, is cooled rapidly at the sizing unit(30). The tube is elongated vertically by the sizing unit(30). The elongated tube is filled by air of a certain amount, and pressed and transferred by the second transferring roller(40). The tube is elongated horizontally by the second transferring roller(40).
