    • A screen magnification device using optical fibers is provided to refract and diffuse the light easily and to improve visibility by machining the front end of an optical fiber cable in various shapes according to the shape of a jig groove. A screen magnification device(A) using optical fibers comprises a large display plate(2) equipped with plural optical fiber cables(4) having front end portions(42) of a large diameter; a small substrate through which the rear end portions of a small diameter formed by extending the optical fiber cables to the rear side are combined; and an image device(100) installed with contacting to the small substrate. The image device comprises a display screen having plural light sources connected to each rear end portion of plural optical fiber cables penetrating through the small substrate and a power supply unit and a control unit controlling turn-on of the light sources of the display screen.

CONSTITUTION: A flexible image device (100) is composed of a liquid crystal display panel (110), a piping unit (120), optical fiber yarn (130), a light source (140), and a control unit (150). The piping unit connects a terminal of the liquid crystal display panel by using a piping technique. The optical fiber yarn is inserted into a hollow hole of the piping unit. The light source emits light or images to the optical fiber yarn. The control unit supplies power to the light source and controls on/off operation and color light sources.
