The jig frame is installed in the base plate. The locators are installed in both sides of the jig frame. The tooling pins are penetrated through the locaters to be slidable. The tolling motors are installed on the bottom surface of the jig frame. The hinge brackets are installed in both side surfaces of the jig frame. One sides of the clampers are hinged on the top ends of the hinge brackets. One sides of the clamping cylinders are hinged on the side of the hinge brackets.

The lifting table is arranged in a table mounting par of the base frame. The lift driving unit moves up and down the lifting table by converting the torque of a motor to a linear force. The beam restrictor restrains both flanges of a bumper beam on the front and rear sides of the lifting table by operating a first clamper(C1) of a first locator with a first clamping cylinder(CY1). The stay restrictor restrains the bracket portion of a stay by operating a second clamper of a second locator.

The first roller member is vertically moved by a vertical cylinder(71) to press the top of the formed beam and rotated. The pair of second roller members are horizontally moved by a horizontal cylinder(75) to press both sides of the formed beam and rotated.
