    • PURPOSE: A fermentation method is provided to have maximum effect of ginseng and red ginseng through fermentation and excellent strain screening on fermentation of ginseng or red ginseng. CONSTITUTION: A ginseng or red ginseng extract is manufactured. After filtering the ginseng or red ginseng extract, the extraction is sterilized at 80-90 degree Celsius for 25-45 minutes. After sterilized ginseng or red ginseng extract is cooled, 3-5% (v/v) ferment strain is added to ferment at 25-30 degree Celsius for 3-7 days. After filtering the ferment extract, the extractionis concentrated at 45 degree Celsius water phase by using a rotary vacuum evaporator. The condensed product is stored at a deep freezer for 10-15 hours and freeze dried from a freeze dryer. The condensed product has 38-52% of solid content.
