    • An optical image stabilizer for a camera lens assembly is provided to improve the reliability of products by selecting a non-contact driving method using a coil and a permanent magnet. An optical image stabilizer for a camera lens assembly includes a main frame(101), a drive frame(102), a pair of coils(143), and a pair of permanent magnets(125a) for driving. The main frame is in a shape of opening at least one part of a top surface to make an object image inputted to a camera element(103). The drive frame is composed in a shape of a first frame(102a) and a second frame(102b) laminated according to a direction to which an object is inputted to be wrapped by the main frame. The pair of permanent magnets for driving is installed on one side of the main frame or the drive frame. The pair of coils is installed on the other side of the main frame or the drive frame to separately face the pair of permanent magnets for driving. The coils usually use a winding coil winded by a winding instrument and also use a laminated coil manufactured using an MEMS(Micro Electro Mechanical Systems) method.

A pair of driving permanent magnets(125a) are installed on one part of the main frame and the driving frame. A pair of coils(143) are installed on a remaining part thereof, therefore facing the pair of driving permanent magnets. The driving frame moves in accordance with an interaction of an electromagnetic force generated according to applying a current to the coils and a magnetic force of the driving permanent magnets.

CONSTITUTION: A device for controlling the operation of a camera module includes a lens module (400), a first stopper, a second stopper, and a control unit. The lens module moves along an optical axis. The first and second stoppers limit a maximum movement part of the lens module. The control unit sets the effective movement section by applying a first correction value to the maximum movement section so that the lens module is moved between points spaced at a predetermined interval from the first and second stoppers. If the minimum of distances between the first and second stoppers and the lens module is larger than a predetermined threshold value, the control unit sets the corrected effective movement section by applying a second correction value.

The shift advances and retreats along the screw thread by being screw-coupled to the screw thread of the coupling member. The yoke unit includes a ring-shaped bobbin(143), upper and lower yokes(141,142), and electromagnetic coils(141a,142b). The ring-shaped bobbin surrounds a lateral surface of the permanent magnet. The upper and lower yokes are coupled symmetrically up and down about the bobbin and have a plurality of teeth or tooth units(141b,142a) protruded toward the bobbin side. The electromagnetic coils surround circumferences of the teeth or tooth units.
