    • A device and a method for warning and sensing the moving displacement are provided to prevent an accident by notifying a worker or supervisor by detecting the moving displacement of the underground power cable or the separation of the power facility. A sensing unit senses the moving displacement of an underground power cable(20). The sensing unit is comprised of a detection dog and a sensor. The sensing dog is fixed in both sides of the underground power cable. The sensor is fixed in a cable connection unit and senses the movement of the detection dog. A receiving control unit(50) is electrically connected to the sensor and receives the sensing signal from the sensor. A warning unit(60) is electrically connected to the receiving control unit and issues the warning in a working place.

    • The present invention relates to a rail used for an apparatus and a method for installing an underground cable. Specifically, the present invention relates to an apparatus for installing an underground cable, which includes a rail, a connection member (112) to fix the rail to a hanger and a rail support. The apparatus for installing an underground cable according to one example of the present invention includes a rail part installed along a cable installation position in an underground power tunnel; a traction vehicle installed on a rail to tract the cable; a support vehicle mounted on the cable towed by the traction vehicle at a predetermined interval and installed on the rail to support the cable being transferred; and a snake vehicle to install the cable to a plurality of hangers, which are fixed to a wall of the underground power tunnel, by pushing the cable and to perform a snake work. The rail part includes a rail fixed to the hangers to move the traction vehicle, the support vehicle and the snake vehicle; a connection member to fix the rail to one end of the hangers; and a rail support installed at a lower end of the rail located between the hangers to support the rail such that the rail can be horizontally maintained. In order to prevent the slip phenomenon occurring when the traction vehicle and the snake vehicle are moved, the rail is formed with a groove corresponding to a protrusion formed in at least a part of the traction vehicle and the snake vehicle. A shape of the connection member for fixing the rail is determined according to a shape of each hanger connected to the connection member.
