A mathematical data structuring unit(120) structures an operator and a parameter by extracting the operator and the parameter from mathematical formula data. An operator analysis unit(130) creates analyzed semantic information by combining the semantic mean with the parameter related to the operator by operating the semantic mean of the operator for the structured operator. A semantic information combination unit(140) creates semantic information combined mathematical formula data by combining the analyzed semantic information and the mathematical formula data.
