    • Provided is oxytitanium phthalocyanine having a new crystalline form, which has excellent sensitivity characteristics, shows minimized fatigue degree during repeated use, and is useful as an organic photoconductor in an electrophotographic process. The oxytitanium phthalocyanine has a crystalline form corresponding to the main peaks defined by 8.7 deg., 9.4 deg., 11.7 deg., 23.9 deg. and 27.3 deg. as expressed by the term of Bragg angle in the CuK specific X-ray diffraction pattern. The oxytitanium phthalocyanine has a sensitivity of 0.08-0.10(E_1/2, microjoules/cm^2). The oxytitanium phthalocyanine is obtained by the method comprising the steps of: introducing amorphous oxytitanium phthalocyanine into a mixed solvent; heating the resultant mixture at 65-95 deg.C; and filtering and drying the product.

The composition is removed in a color peculiar to the compound and maintains bactericidal activity and storage stability. CONSTITUTION: The solution composition containing 3-isothiazolone compound represented by the formula(1) is characterized in that it contains 0.1 to 10% by weight of a decolorizing agent of trichloroisocyanurate. In formula, R1 and R2 are the same or different, represent H, halogen or C1-4 alkyl, or form cyclic aryl by binding R1 and R2; and R3 is H, C1-3 alkyl, C1-18 alkenyl, C2-18 alkynyl, C3-12 cycloalkyl substituted by 3-8 rings, C10-12 aralkyl or C10-18 aryl.

    • PURPOSE: A 3-isothiazolone solution composition obtained by addition of a specified amount of a compound selected from metal bromate, NaOCl, trichloroisocyanulate, NaHCO3 and H3PO4 to an isothiazolone solution is provided. Therefore, the solution composition has an enhanced color effect without affecting bactericidal activity and storage stability of isothiazolone compounds. CONSTITUTION: In the solution composition containing 3-isothiazolone compound represented by the formula(1), the composition contains 1ppm to 3% by weight of a decolorizing agent of H3PO4. In formula, R1 and R2 are the same or different, represent H, halogen or C1-4 alkyl, or form cyclic aryl by binding R1 and R2; and R3 is H, C1-18 alkyl, C2-18 alkenyl, C2-18 alkinyl, C3-12 cycloalkyl substituted by 3-8 rings, C10-12 aralkyl or C10-18 aryl. The solution compound contains at least one selected from water, ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, polypropylene glycol, diethylene glycol, triethylene glycol, 1,5-pentanediol, 2,4-pentanediol and benzyl alcohol.
