    • PURPOSE: A heterogeneous handover device is provided to reduce a shortening time of a CS service in a handover on a 3GPP-LTE and IEEE-WiMAX merging network based on an IP by previously performing authentication and registration through a GANC. CONSTITUTION: A UE(User Equipment)(301) firstly performs a handover to a second communication network if a first communication network is connected to the second communication network in handover form a first communication network(S1) to a second communication network(S2). A MME(Mobility Management Entity)(309) performs authentication between the UE and a home subscriber server(317). The MME provides location update and subscriber information obtain to the home subscriber server. The MME set a radio resource control to the UE. A GANC(Generic Access Network Controller)(313) transmits a CS(Circuit Switched) service to UE which completed the handover.

    • A vertical handover method between heterogeneous wireless networks is provided to offer mobility with minimum packet loss until an MN(Mobile Node) completes a BU(Binding Update) process while moving to a new network from a previous network in an MIH(Media Independent Handover)-based network environment where a WiBro(Wireless Broadband Internet) network and a WLAN(Wireless LAN) exist together. Based on the information received through an MIH message, an MN prepares for handover to a WiBro network. In this case, the MN activates a WiBro interface(S304). Then the MN sends an "MIH_handover_notify" message to an old AR(Access Router)(S306). Receiving the MIH_handover_notify message, the old AR sends an "MIH_handover_notify_request" message to a new AR(S308). Receiving the MIH_handover_notify_request message, the new AR starts buffering for the data delivered to the MN, and creates a tunnel(S310). The MN transmits a router solicitation message to the new AR through an AP(Access Point)(S312), and receives a router advertisement from the new AR(S314). Afterwards, the MN transmits a BU message to an HA(Home Agent)(S316), and receives a response message from the HA(S318). At this moment, the HA sends an MIH_FORWARD message to the old AR(S320). Receiving the MIH_FORWARD message, the old AR delivers packets, which was buffered before handover, to the new AR through the tunnel(S322).

    • PURPOSE: A digital video signal receiver having selective outputting and amplifying functions for displaying input digital video signals is provided to display selectively plural digital video signals by using one amplification and conversion portion. CONSTITUTION: An interface portion(20) is formed with the first to the third interfaces(22,24,26) in order to receive digital video signals. A switching output portion(40) outputs selectively the digital video signals through the interface portion(20) in order to display the digital video signals on a screen. The switching output portion(40) is formed with the first to the third mute circuits(42,44,46). An amplification and conversion portion(50) amplifies the digital video signals to the digital video signals having predetermined level values or converts the digital video signals to analog video signals. A control portion(60) controls a switching operation of the switching output portion(40) and outputs the digital video signals or the analog video signals of the amplification and conversion portion(50) to a display portion.

    • PURPOSE: A method for supplying mobility of an MN(Mobile Node) by using a regional anchor point in an advanced Internet network and a system therefor are provided to use an access router only located within a certain range as an anchor point, and to use a CoA(Care-of Address) of an existing access router as a regional CoA, thereby preventing a tunnel from getting larger and removing an overhead. CONSTITUTION: An MN decides whether the MN moves to an external network from a home network(110). If so, the MN obtains a CoA from a current access router(120). The MN decides whether an RAP(Regional Anchor Point) function exists in the access router(130). If so, the MN sets the access router to an fRAP(140). If the RAP function does not exist in the access router, the MN sets the fRAP to "Null"(141). The MN requests a home agent and CNs(Corresponding Nodes) to bind-update the current CoA and a self home address, and completes an RAP setting process(150).
