    • PURPOSE: A camera module and manufacturing method thereof are provided to simplify module align and optical shaft control in a manufacturing process of a camera module by including a sensor package housing unit. CONSTITUTION: A lens assembly(20) includes one or more lens element layers(21,22). The lens assembly includes the same focus distance as other lens assembly in the lens element layer. Two lenses(211,212) which include different optical shafts from each other are combined in the lens assembly. An image sensor package(30) receives light emitted through the lens assembly. Two image sensor chips(32) of the image sensor package respectively correspond to the two lenses.

CONSTITUTION: A camera module having improved definition comprises the following: an image sensor assembly(30) receiving light passed through a lens assembly(20); and a housing(10) including a first side wall unit(11) for storing the lens assembly, and a second side wall unit(12) for storing the image sensor assembly by contacting the image sensor assembly. The second side wall unit includes a pre-bonding unit(35a) pre-fixing the image sensor assembly on the predetermined focal distance, and a main-boning unit(35b) finally fixing the image sensor assembly.

    • A PCB(Printed Circuit Board) and an image sensor module using the same are provided to open a central part of a PSR insulating layer formed in the PCB and form a silk line having a predetermined height in the outside of the opened area, thereby compensating a height difference of sides of the image sensor by the silk line. A silk line is protruded towards an image sensor(150) between an outside of the opened area of the PSR insulating layer and the inside of each side of the image sensor opened in an upper part of the opened area.

CONSTITUTION: A camera module comprises a lens unit(20), an auto-focusing unit(40), an image sensor unit(30), and a via(50). The lens unit comprises one or more lenses laminated along an optical axis. The auto-focusing unit arranged in an object side of the lens unit automatically adjusts a focus of the lens unit. The image sensor unit receives lights becoming incident through the lens unit. The via is formed by being penetrated through the lens unit in a thickness direction for an electrical connection of the auto-focusing unit.

    • PURPOSE: A camera module for mobile device is provided to prevent the shaking or tilting of a lens barrel during driving of the lens barrel by including a magnetic bearing supporting the lens barrel in a non-contact way. CONSTITUTION: A lens barrel(110) has lenses concentrating an external image. A housing(120) includes an image sensor, converting the external image into an electric signal, in a bottom side and surrounds the lens barrel. A piezoelectric element(130) is installed in the inner wall part of the housing, and linearly drives the lens barrel by currents applied from outside. A magnetic bearing(140) supports the lens barrel in a non-contact way so as to prevent the tilting or shaking of the lens barrel during the linear driving of the lens barrel.
