    • PURPOSE: An injection locked frequency divider is provided to reduce power consumption due to a phase locked loop circuit by replacing a fixed frequency divider or variable frequency divider. CONSTITUTION: An output circuit unit(11) includes first and second transistors(M1,M2) forming a gate-drain cross coupling and an LC tank. The output circuit unit outputs a frequency to each connection node of the first and second transistors and the LC tank. An input circuit unit(12) includes an input transistor and a feedback inductor. The input transistor includes a gate which receives an injection frequency and a drain connected to the common source of the first and second transistors. The feedback inductor is connected between the drain and gate of the input transistor.

    • PURPOSE: A phase shifter using an amplifier as a switch is provided to operate a switch function in a high frequency region without a high loss by maintaining a difference between isolation rates in a on state and a off state. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of conductive lines(111,112,113) has a different electrical length. A plurality of input amplifiers(121,122,123) are one by one connected between one side of each conductive line and an input terminal(101). Each input amplifier switches the corresponding conductive line to the input terminal by a DC power supply. The gains of input amplifiers are respectively differently formed. The input amplifier comprises the CMOS FET. The CMOS FET comprises the common source CMOS FET.

    • PURPOSE: An analog charge pump makes have the first current generator, ripple and the anti-phase generating with the second current source in the output terminal generates with the fourth current source in the output terminal. The ripple of the control voltage is eliminated due to the cancellation effect of the reciprocity ripple. CONSTITUTION: A main charge pump part(10) comprises a first current generator(11) and the second current source(12). The first current generator offers current to the output terminal in case the up signal is offered from the phase-frequency detector. The second current source extracts current from the output terminal in case the down signal is offered from the phase-frequency detector.
