    • PURPOSE: Provided are a biodegradable collagen film for manufacturing artificial organs, which is used as a substrate for manufacturing many kinds of artificial organs and has excellent tissue compatibility, and its preparing method. CONSTITUTION: The biodegradable collagen film used for artificial organs is prepared in film type by crosslinking collagens with glucosaminoglycan. The method comprises 3 steps. In the 1st step, less than 1 % collagen solution is lyophilized to prepare a collagen substrate. In the following step, the collagen substrate is immersed in glucosaminoglycan solution to dry at 4-20 deg.deg.C for 24-48 hours and to make a collagen film. In the last step, the collagen film is crosslinked.

    • PURPOSE: Are provided a biodegradable polymer scaffold for producing artificial organs, which is similar to living tissue and convenient to transport and storage and has excellent tissue compatibility, and a method for producing the same. CONSTITUTION: The biodegradable polymer scaffold is produced by cultivating a cell on biodegradable polymer scaffold, and then removing a cell with only extracellular matrix(ECM) secreted from the cell being remained. The scaffold consists of any one material selected from the group consisting of collagen, chitin, chitosan, alginate, hyaluronic acid, and derivatives thereof, PLGA, PGA, and PLA. The scaffold has a form of yarn, mesh, porous sponge, or complex structure thereof. The cell is selected from the group consisting of fibroblast, keratin cell, keratocyte, chondrocyte, bone cell, muscle cell, liver cell, stem cell, adults cell, and immortalized cell.
