    • An underground NSTD(non supporting top down) system is provided to prevent a lower steel plate from being bent and to improve safety even though a structure supporting a deck not supports a welding part between a trust reinforcing bar and a lower steel plate of a deck. An underground NSTD(non supporting top down) system comprises a supporting girder, a beam mold(20), a deck(31), joists(21), and a deck holding structure(25). The supporting girder is installed at a frame column and supported by a bracket. The beam mold is supported by the supporting girder. The dick is supported by the beam mold. The joists is aligned at the very bottom of the beam mold and extended to two side parts of the beam mold. The deck holding structure is installed at an extension part of the joists along longitudinal direction of the beam. The deck holding structure supports a lower steel plate of the deck from two side parts of the beam mold. A holding square bar is lengthily aligned above two ends of the joists along longitudinal direction of the beam to support the deck.

A top-down construction method utilizing a bracket-supported temporary structure(130) as a work table, for top-down constructing a beam and a slab of a basement floor, comprises the steps of constructing an H-shape steel pillar(2) inside a retainer wall after constructing the retainer wall, fixing a supporting bracket(110) to the H-shape steel pillar being exposed after first excavation and mounting a supporting girder(121a,121b) between the two supporting brackets and between the supporting bracket and the retainer wall, mounting and supporting a temporary structure to the supporting girder, mounting a slab mold and a beam mold using the temporary structure as a work table and casting concrete to construct first-floor slab and beam, remounting the respective supporting brackets after second excavation, remounting the supporting girder and the temporary structure on the supporting bracket, constructing basement slab and beam, and constructing slab and beam of lower basement floors downward by repeating the above steps.
