摘要： A shoe for promotion of growth of height comprises a sole on which a foot is supported and whose lower surface is in contact with the ground, and uppers which are integrated with the sole and wrap the foot, a hardness of the sole being controlled to promote secretion of growth hormone or to stimulate growth plates of a foot, a lower part of a thigh, and a femoral region by stimulating a rear part of the foot while walking or exercising. The shoe can enhance physical strength by increasing weight of a front part in the shoe. Particularly, a Shore hardness of the sole at the rear part is between (65) and (85). A hardness control member can be included so as to control a hardness between a midsole surface and a midsole backside. To disperse imparted stimulation, a stimulation-dispersion part may be formed at a rear part of the sole, at the central surface of which a heel spur prevention intensification member can be provided.
