摘要： PURPOSE: An environment-friendly binding material composition for a concrete is provided to reduce a weakening of the durability, and the intensity of the concrete due to the use of large amount of industrial byproduct and reduced amount of cement by adding a high-calcium ash and an activator in a pulverized ground granulated blast furnace slag and a fly ash which are the main raw material to the specified range. CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly binding material composition for a concrete comprises 5-20wt% of cement; 30-70wt% of pulverized ground granulated blast furnace slag; 5-15wt% of high calcium ash; 10-30wt% of fly ash; 3-7wt% of activation binding material. The activation binding material comprises more than one among gypsum dihydrate, and anhydrous gypsum and a calcium sulfate. The high calcium ash contains 20-60wt% of free lime (CaO), and 2-7wt% of SO3; and has the fineness of 2,000-5,000 cm^2/g. The pulverized ground granulated blast-furnace slag which is fine pulverized ground granulated blast furnace slag has the fineness of 3,000-4,500 cm^2/g. The cement, the ground granulated blast furnace slag, the high calcium ash, the activation binding material of the binder composition contains SO3.
