    • PURPOSE: A photoelectric combination cable capable of easily being transferred is provided to reduce external diameter by forming a ground wire into a fabric layer which covers an optical fiber unit and a power line. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of optical fiber units(20) is arranged to be contiguous each other. The optical fiber unit is composed of optical fiber, a tube which covers the outer circumference of the optical fiber, and a jelly which is accepted in the tube and protects the optical fiber. A plurality of power lines(30) is arranged between the optical fiber units to be contiguous. A water block tape(45) is placed on the outer side of the fiber unit and the power line. A fabric layer(40) for earth covers the fiber unit and the power line. An outer cover layer(50) protects elements which includes the power line and covers the outside of the fabric layer. The outer cover layer is molded by one among polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, and polyurethane resin.

    • PURPOSE: A device and a method for measuring a friction coefficient between a pipe line and power cable is provided to accurately measure a friction coefficient between a pipe line and power cable generated when the power cable is actually buried inside the pipe line before burying the power cable. CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring a friction coefficient between a pipe line and power cable comprises an all-purpose material testing device(10), a guide member(16), a driving device(18), and a direction changing member(30). The all-purpose material testing device is connected to a power cable arranged in a pipe line by a draft line. The guiding member guides vertical direction movement or oblique direction movement of the all-purpose material testing device. The driving device is connected to the all-purpose material testing device and drives the all-purpose material testing device so that the all-purpose material testing device is moved in a vertical direction or oblique direction within the guide member. The direction changing member is provided to the inside of the guide member and changes a movement direction of the draft line.

A female tap connected to a rod bar is formed on the leading end of the insertion beginning part.
