摘要： PURPOSE: An aggregate manufacturing apparatus is provided which produces sand and gravel having usable grain sizes by removing foreign materials such as fine particles of waste stone powder, earth and sand, dust and fine powder that are unnecessary as aggregate from waste stone powder or recycling aggregate powder derived from the aggregate manufacturing process. CONSTITUTION: The aggregate manufacturing apparatus comprises a storage tank(10) in which a proper quantity of waste stone powder generated at stony mining or waste concrete recycling crushing site is stored; first sorting machine(20) for sorting and removing foreign materials including vinyl scrap, waste wood and wood root mixed in waste stone powder supplied from the storage tank(10); a gravitational separator(30) for collecting aggregate after separating foreign materials such as earth and sand, dust and fine powder having a low specific gravity from aggregate having a high specific gravity by scattering waste stone powder supplied through the first sorting machine(20); second sorting machine(40) for sorting the aggregate collected from the gravitational separator(30) into sand and gravel; first dust collector(50) in which the foreign materials such as earth and sand, dust and fine powder separated from aggregate in the gravitational separator(30) are flown so that foreign materials having large particle size are collected in the first dust collector(50); second dust collector(60) in which the foreign materials passing through the first dust collector(50) are flown so that foreign materials having large particle size are collected in the second dust collector(60), and fine foreign materials are collected by bag filter; and third dust collector(70) for discharging cohered foreign materials to the outside so that they are piled up after cohering the foreign materials by spraying particles of coagulant onto the foreign materials flown in from the second dust collector(60).
