    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a flame-retardant polyester-based polymer is provided to effectively prevent the reduction of the color of a polymer or the viscosity of a polymer due to an inorganic flame retardant, and to offer a flame retardant polymer in which the generation of dioxin or mono dioxide is reduced at combustion. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a flame-retardant polyester-based polymer comprises a step of polymerization by putting an inorganic flame retardant and an phosphorus-based flame retardant to make the total insert amount of flame retardants 1-5 parts by weight on the basis of 100.0 parts by weight polyester polymer raw material, at the initial step of a condensation polymerization during the polymerization step of the polyester polymer. The inorganic flame retardant and the phosphorous based flame retardant are inserted into the weight ratio of 0.1:4.9 -4.9:0.1. The inorganic flame retardant is magnesium hydroxide nano particle in which grain size is 500-900 nm. The melting point of the polymerized polyester is 245-260 °C.
