    • An auto-hinge device for a door is provided to simplify assembly, to reduce working hours and to cut down on manufacturing costs by making each composition of an auto-hinge device simple and stable. The auto-hinge device for a door comprises a housing(100) inserted to the lower inside of a door(10) and provided with a tension hole(110) and a bracket(120) to fix with the door by a bolt, a shaft(200) built in the housing of the door and fixed to the bottom of a door frame(20) not to be rotated, a spring(300) coupled to the shaft to cover up an extension(220) of the shaft, a tension member(400) inserted to the extension of the shaft and provided with a tension pin insertion groove(410) to fix a pin(900) inserted through the tension hole of the housing and a spring fixing groove(420) to fix the top of the spring, a piston(500) provided with multiple threads to couple with the shaft and a spline(520) and coupled with a check valve(540) having a central guide hole(530) to limit a moving path of oil stored in the piston, an oil pressure control pipe(600) inserted to the upper part of the housing to be fixed by a pin and provided with a spline(610) to be coupled with the spline of the piston to guide the piston to ascend and descend vertically, an oil pressure controller(700) fixed with the housing by a pin to cover up the upper part of the oil pressure control pipe and provided with an oil pressure control bar(710) having an oil passage(711) coupled to the guide hole of the check valve to guide the inside oil of the piston to the upper part of the piston, and an oil pressure control screw(800) coupled to the upper part of the oil pressure controller and rotated to open and close the oil passage to control the movement of oil.

    • A hinge bracket for a door hinge is provided to increase the combining force when the door is rotated by supporting the door through the hinge pin and to secure the stable fixing force by installing the buffer unit at the hinge part of the hinge bracket. Hinge brackets(100) for a door hinge are composed of L-shaped horizontal and vertical combining pieces(200,300) bent to be closely combined at the edges of the door or the door frame; and a hinge piece(400) bent at the upper end of the vertical combining piece to the outside and formed with a hinge hole(410) at the bent upper center. The hinge brackets are symmetrically formed at the upper and lower sides, corresponded with the hinge pieces of the hinge brackets, combined with the edges of the door and the door frame, and combined with the hinge pin at the hinge holes formed at the hinge pieces.
