A reflecting portion surrounds at least a part of the inner surface of the dent portion to form a reflection space in which the light reflected in the light emitting diode chip is reflected. A radiating unit is extended to cover the upper side of the synthetic resin emission member from the reflecting body. A radiating unit in a metallic heat radiation and reflecting member is extended to a floor side passing by the side of the synthetic resin emission member from the upper side of the synthetic resin emission member.
