The solar collector plate includes a structure(113) formed in a grid format on a frame, where the structure is composed of a transverse connection frame(111) and a longitudinal connection frame(112). In the structure, a reflector(120) with a reflecting surface(121) for reflecting solar energy is provided.

As a result, the arc induction plate(30) is inserted between the target(10) and the backing plate(20). At least the thickness of solder metal exists in a space around the arc induction plate(30) attached onto the backing plate to couple the target(10) to the backing plate(20) strongly because a sufficient amount of solder metal(40) is applied on a surface of the backing plate(20) when the arc induction plate(30) is attached.
