    • The present invention relates to a double composite syringe capable of being mixedly used after separately storing medicines in a state of powder and liquid. In particular, the present invention can be used as the double composite syringe for injecting a mixed medicine by inserting a second syringe (20) having a small diameter in the inside of a first syringe (10) having a large diameter and by connecting a piston inside of the first syringe having a large diameter with an end outlet of the second syringe having a small diameter, such that, the second syringe having a small diameter is used as a load of the first syringe having a large diameter by supplying a medicine in a liquid state contained inside of the second syringe having a small diameter to powder inside of the first syringe having a large diameter, as well as the present invention can be used as an single syringe by respectively separating first syringe having a large diameter and the second syringe having a small diameter. Thereby, the present invention has excellent use efficiency. In addition, since it can separately store medicines in a state of powder and liquid, and simply mix them when used, and thereby, having excellent use convenience and can prevent double medicines from being released and mixed before use, and thereby, having excellent use reliability.

The bottle body is formed with a dual structure which has an inner layer(11) by a cyclic olefin copolymer which has stable physical properties not to chemically or physically react to the contents; and an outer layer(15) formed by coating the outer surface of the inner layer with a stainable polymer. A first stepped portion(16) is formed in the inner side on the top of the outer layer. A second stepped portion(12) is formed by making the top of the inner layer protrude inwardly below the first stepped portion. A T-shaped rubber cap is hermetically attached to the first and second stepped portions in a dual sealing structure.
