    • PURPOSE: To provide a continuous automatic apparatus for electrochemical indirect etching of aluminium sheet, wherein the apparatus is suitable for mass-production to lower unit cost of products, certain high quality of the product is maintained by setting conditions according to testing of final product, and loss of the solution is prevented by controlling an automation solution and circulating the solution. CONSTITUTION: A continuous automatic apparatus for electrochemical indirect etching of aluminium sheet comprises a cleaning means(10) comprising a chemical cleaning tank(2) for removing foreign materials adhered to the surface of the aluminum sheet(1) using a sulfuric acid solution and a first washing tank(3) for washing upper and lower surfaces of the sheet by spraying water; an activation treatment means(20) comprising a roughness uniformization tank(4) for uniformly treating surface roughness of the aluminum sheet by spraying a sodium hydroxide solution and a second washing tank(5) for washing the upper and lower surfaces of the sheet by spraying water; an electrochemical indirect etching means(30) comprising an electrochemical etching tank(6) for spraying a hydrochloric acid solution onto the surface of the aluminum sheet and supplying an indirect power source to the sheet to form a rough face on the surface of the aluminum sheet and a third washing tank(7) for washing the upper and lower surfaces of the sheet by spraying water; a neutralization means(40) comprising a neutralization treatment tank(8) for neutralizing the surface of the sheet by spraying a nitric acid solution onto the aluminum sheet and a fourth washing tank(9) for washing the upper and lower surfaces of the sheet by spraying water; an anodizing film coating means(50) comprising an anodizing film coating tank(11) for spraying a sulfuric acid solution onto the surface of the aluminum sheet and supplying an indirect power source to the sheet to form an anodizing film on the surface of the aluminum sheet and a fifth washing tank(12) for washing the upper and lower surfaces of the sheet by spraying water; and a cleaning and drying means(60) comprising a boiling water cleaning tank(13) for cleaning the sheet by fully dipping the sheet into water of high temperature and a drier(14) for drying the cleaned sheet.

    • PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an urethane adhesive sheet and an urethane adhesive sheet produced thereby are provided to be environmental-friendly and to prevent the generation of noxious gases or dioxin. CONSTITUTION: A urethane colored sheet is prepared with a roll. A transparent sheet is prepared with another roll. The transparent sheet and the colored sheet are bonded thermally by a heating drum. The transparent sheet is attached with the colored sheet in an embossing roll. A urethane adhesive sheet(7) is cooled by a cooling drum. The urethane adhesive sheet is wound on a winder. A cover sheet(8) having a coated smooth face is pasted with an adhesive in an adhesive supply device(11). The adhesive-pasted face is dried. The cover sheet is attached with the urethane adhesive sheet by a press roll(14). The adhesive sheet is wound on a winding roll(15).

    • PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing resistor by using carbon-graphite pyrogen is provided to reduce the radiation of electromagnetic wave by using the carbon-graphite pyrogen. CONSTITUTION: A coating layer(3) is coated on a surface of an insulating film(2). A mixture with a carbon-graphite of 95 % and an adhesion material of 5 % is coated on the insulating film(2). The mixture is used as a pyrogen. And, the insulating film(2) coated with the mixture is dried in a pre-heater at a temperature of 60°C during about ten minutes. Then, a resistor(100) is manufactured. The resistor(100) is pressed by a press roller and dried again in a heater at a temperature of 60°C. And, the resistor(100) is dried in a cool location during ten minutes. The resistor(100) reduces the radiation of electromagnetic wave, because the carbon-graphite is employed in the resistor(100).
