    • A system and a method for managing water quality of a provisional water-supply system integrally are provided to manage the water quality by monitoring a situation of a remote water tank with water quality measurement equipment, and checking an operation status and water quality measurement in real-time through the wireless network. A system includes a provisional water-supply system monitoring device(100) and a water quality management server(300). The monitoring device is installed at each water tank of each provisional water-supply system, collects state information including the water quality and the status of each water tank, and transmits the collected state information to the water quality management server through the wireless network(200). The monitoring device includes a sensor unit, a pump/valve controller, a chloride dosage calculation circuit, a controller, a display unit, and a CDMA(Code Division Modulation Access) unit. The water quality management server stores the state information, enables a manager to view the state information, and manages the water quality of each provisional water-supply system by controlling inflow and chlorine dosage with control of the monitoring device.
