The sealing unit is mounted on an end of the liner tube in which the superannuation conduit is repaired and supplies the air-tightness to the superannuation conduit.

      본 발명은 하수관거를 관통하는 가배수관의 직경을 최소화하여 하수관거 내부의 작업 공간을 충분히 확보할 수 있으면서도 지하구조물의 보수, 보강면의 철근이 앵커에 의하여 기존 구조물과 일체로 견고하게 고정되어 지하구조물의 내구연한을 연장시킬 수 있게 된다.
      이를 위하여 본 발명은 보수 보강을 실시하기 위한 하수관거의 양측에 차수로봇을 배치하고, 배치된 차수로봇의 수밀패널 중앙을 관통하는 가배수관을 설치하도록 한 차수로봇을 이용한 하수관거의 물 돌리기 방식 건식 보수 보강 공법에 있어서, 가배수관에 압송팬을 설치하고,
      하수관거의 보수 보강 대상이 되는 손상된 면에 밀착하여 철근을 가로, 세로로 고정시킬 수 있는 철근 직접 고정 구조를 구비한 앵커를 보수 보강 대상 부위 둘레에 타설하고, 이를 이용하여 철근을 가로와 세로로 배근, 고정한 후 고정한 후 몰탈을 주입 또는 뿜칠(쇼트)하고 양생되도록 함으로써 해당 부위를 최소(슬림)화된 두께로 보수 보강할 수 있게 한 것이다.
