The antistatic coating composition includes 100.0 parts by weight of conductive polymer resin; 300 to 1500 parts by weight of water-dispersed polyurethane resin consisting of an anionic polyether polyurethane dispersion including one or more functional groups selected from among a hydroxyl group, an amine group, an alkyl group and a carboxyl group; 300 to 1500 parts by weight of crosslinking resin; 10 to 200 parts by weight of fluorine resin; and 0.001 to 1 part by weight of acetylene diol surfactant.

    • PURPOSE: A donor film is provided to protect a phosphor layer from static electricity induced in the process of treating a donor film with phosphor deposition and to reduce the damage of a transferred phosphor induced by static electricity generated in the process of removing the donor film after heat-transferring the phosphor of the donor film to an acceptor substrate by lamination. CONSTITUTION: A donor film comprises a base film (4); a photothermal conversion layer (3) stacked on the top of the base film for converting light into heat; an interlayer (2) stacked on the top of the photothermal conversion layer; a transfer layer (1) stacked on the interlayer. The donor film has antistatic property with a coating layer (5) including mixed resin made of organic binder and conductive polymer on the bottom of the film. The organic binder is a polymer of which the main chain is selected among acryl, urethane, and polyester; or a copolymer of the resins.

CONSTITUTION: A biodegradable release film (10) comprises a base film (11) using biodegradable polymers and a release layer (12) formed on at least one side of the base film. The biodegradable polymers are polylactic acid-polyester copolymers which are manufactured by copolymerizing 30-70 weight% of aromatic-aliphatic polyester oligomer and 30-70 weight% of polylactic acid. The release layer is manufactured by coating, drying and hardening release agents which consist of 1-50% of fatty acid-modified alkyd resin and 50-99% of organic solvents.

    • PURPOSE: An adhesive composition and an adhesive are provided to have high durability and shearing strength, and to thin without use of the basic material, and not to fill the etching or printed pattern. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive composition is manufactured by copolymerizing 100 parts by weight of acrylic monomer and 0.1-10 parts by weight of vinyl silane monomer. An adhesive is obtained by solidifying the adhesive composition. The shearing strength of the adhesive measured by the standard of JIS Z 0237 is 20-200 kgf/in and the heat retentivity measured by the standard of JIS Z0237 is 0.2mm or less, and the gel content is 60% or more. A double-faced non-carrier film comprises: an adhesive layer formed with the above adhesive; a soft-delamination release film laminated on one side of the adhesive layer; and a heavy-delamination release film laminated on the other side of the adhesive layer.

    • PURPOSE: An adhesive composition is provided to effectively control adhesion and thermal conductivity, thereby emitting heat outside a heat-radiating unit when used in the heat-radiating unit. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive composition consists of the mixture of an acrylic copolymer, a crosslinking agent, an inorganic particle, and a plasticizer and includes 0.1-15 parts by weight of a plasticizer with an ester value of 200 or more based on 100.0 parts by weight of the acrylic copolymer as a plasticizer. The acrylic copolymer is obtained by copolymerizing three or more monomers selected from monomers without crosslinkable groups and monomers with crosslinkable groups. A heat-radiating sheet has an adhesive sheet which is obtained by coating the adhesive composition on one or both sides of a heat resistant film with a thickness of 1-100 micron.
