    • PURPOSE: A cutting tool cooling fluid injector is provided to improve a cooling efficiency of a frictional heat by simultaneously injecting air and a cutting fluid. CONSTITUTION: An injector is freely moved and used by using a fixed nonferrous case(22) fixing a permanent magnet on a body(1). An air hose(3) of a urethane material is inserted to an outside of a cutting fluid hose(4). A cutting fluid draft nozzle is fixed on the end portion of the cutting fluid hose and an air injection nozzle(11) is fixed to an end portion of an air hose(3). Thus, the cutting fluid in a cutting fluid container is drafted to a cutting fluid draft nozzle by an injection force of air as air is injected to the air injection nozzle by an air pump. A ball valve(2) is open and the air pump is operated. An actuating board(17) of an air valve(15) descends and a valve rod(19) goes down. A hole(19') of the descended valve rod is united to a hole(16') of a body(16). A compressed air is flowed in an air supply hose(3'), an air entrance, an air exit(1A), the air hose(3), and a nozzle body(9) and injected to outside through a recessed groove of a screw unit and the air injection nozzle. The cutting fluid in the cutting fluid case is exhausted through a cutting fluid supply hose(4'), the ball valve(2), a cutting fluid exit(1B), a cutting fluid hose(4), and a cutting fluid draft nozzle by the injection force of the strong air.
