    • PURPOSE: Provided is a method for recovering two kinds of paraffin products by using two separation zones connected in parallel, which reduces the manufacturing and operation costs. CONSTITUTION: The method of adsorptive separation for recovering both a n-paraffin and a monomethyl paraffin from a charge stream comprises the steps of: (a) sending the charge stream to a first adsorptive separation zone to maintain a first paraffin hydrocarbon in the first phase of the selective absorbent, and to recover a branched and a cyclic hydrocarbons, a first raffinate stream and a first extract stream from the zone; (b) sending the paraffin hydrocarbon recovered from the first extract stream or the first raffinate stream to a second adsorptive separation zone to maintain a second paraffin hydrocarbon in the second phase of the selective absorbent, and to recover a second raffinate stream and a second extract stream from the zone; (c) fractionating the first and second extract streams and the first and second raffinate streams to recover the desorbing agent and to produce the first and second extract streams; and (d) sending the recovered desorbing agent to the first and second adsorptive separation zones to produce the first and second extract streams.
