CONSTITUTION: A hopper gate for an incinerator comprises an inner structure(20), an outer structure(30), and a refractory material. A plurality of gratings(21) are regularly formed in the inner structure, and the inner structure is embedded in the outer structure. The outer structure has a plurality of expansion holes(32) on the top thereof and a plurality of refractory material injection holes(31) on the bottom thereof. The refractory material injection holes and the expansion holes correspond to respective gratings. In a state where the expansion holes of the outer structure are sealed, the refractory material is injected between the inner and outer structures through the refractory material injection holes.

      따라서, 본 발명에 의하면 호퍼에서의 저장물 불출을 멈추기 위해 저장물 불출 도중에 호퍼 출구를 폐쇄시키더라도 호퍼와 게이트 사이에 불출물 덩어리가 끼이지 않게 되므로 불출물 가루가 호퍼 외부로 누설되는 것을 방지할 수 있게 되며, 따라서 호퍼 주변의 설비나 환경이 불출물 가루로 인해 오염되는 것을 막을 수 있게 된다.
