摘要： PURPOSE: A manufacturing apparatus of a composite double pipe is provided in which a composite double pipe is being pressure formed as the stainless steel sheet is being covered on the outer surface of the iron bar while a stainless steel sheet and an iron bar coiled in roll type are sequentially passing through pressing rollers in a roll former. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for pressure forming the composite double pipe using a roll former is characterized in that a stainless steel sheet(7) and an iron bar(2) coiled in roll type are released so that they are supplied to a first pressing roller(10) consisted of first upper and lower rollers(11,12), a circular female groove is formed on the center of the first upper roller(11) so that the iron bar is positioned in the circular female groove, and the stainless steel sheet(7) is positioned between the first upper and lower rollers(11,12) at the same time, the stainless steel sheet(7) is completely covered on the outer surface the iron bar(2) so that a composite double pipe is pressure formed as the stainless steel sheet(7) is gradually being bended by a bend pressing part and a bend supporting part constructed in each pressing rollers while the iron bar(2) and the stainless steel sheet(7) passing through the first pressing roller(10) are going via second, third, fourth, sixth and seventh pressing rollers(20,30,40,50,60,70), the composite double pipe are press formed again as it is passing eighth, ninth, tenth, eleventh and twelfth pressing rollers(90,100,110,120) so as to pressure form the composite double pipe which is constructed in such a manner that the stainless steel sheet(7) is covered on the outer surface the iron bar(2).
